Made these two breakfasts over the weekend
Pancakes Recipe: (My review– SHOCKED me how good they were AND good for you!)
*Makes 14 small pancakes (Fix Portion– for 7 mini pancakes or 1/2 of your recipe): 1/4 yellow, 1/2 red, 1 purple
4 Egg Whites or 2 Eggs
3/4 cup quick oats
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
2. Pour onto a lightly greased griddle
3. Cook until lightly brown on both sides
4. Drizzle with 1 tsp pure maple syrup OR what I did was made a little serving of my Powdered PB and put it on each pancake and a little drizzle of honey!
SO GOOD AND FILLING!!!!
