Not often do I get the chance to take a bath, but when I do, I ALWAYS use Dr. Teal’s Epsom salts!! The benefits of Epsom salt are endless but why I like using Dr. Teals’ salts are for the soothing of sore muscles and the detoxifying of the body. Working out is so tough on our bodies and regardless if you work out daily like me or 3-5 times a week, you’re going to be sore!
By adding 2 cups of the different Dr. Teal’s solutions you get both the benefits of rejuvenating your body and mind. All of the salts that I use have different essential oils combined to help relax, rejuvenate and keep your skin hydrated and healthy. My two favorite solutions lately are the ‘Activating Charcoal’ and ‘Detoxify and Energize’– I usually TRY to jump in the bath for a quick 10 minutes and benefit from both each night. We also like to buy the Lavender solution for the kiddos and add it to their baths before they head to bed. I’ve always had luck finding all the different solutions at Target or Walmart for around $5.
If you work out and have sore muscles or just need to add a little something to your baths to help you relax, I definitely recommend these!
