I’m so excited to start sharing my newest journey– intermittent fasting!! The last year I have heard so much about it and never thought I’d be able to handle it. I finally bit the bullet a few weeks back and challenged my sister at the same time– 16/8 fast! I was very hesitant because I love breakfast food and I always workout at a pretty intense level before work every day. I took the challenge and allowed myself my coffee with less than 30 calories of sugar free creamer until my 16 hours was up and I WAS ABLE TO DO IT! I continued for that next week and it truly became easier every day and I actually felt SO MUCH BETTER. I have a lot of new posts on the topic and can’t wait share!
